Very interesting read it repeats over and over again what not to eat because they want to drill it into your mind what not to eat. The diet is strict. However it works. I lost 10 pounds in about a week and a half. Cut out meats is the key only eat squab and portuguese sardines which are high end health foods. I had to shop around for these items only eat the highest quality stick by this book and you will be blessed and look younger I am 38 years old and people think I am 23.
