Chinese copy. The photo is NOT what you will receive. NO brass ends either.
Works, but doesn't resemble what you will receive. You will receive a Sunsong Chinese part. That's common now, but it doesn't make it right. We're restoring an '89 Iroc Z so I hope it holds up. The spring clip at the end that connects to the metal brake line from the front of the car is NOT spring steel, so it you take it off it will retain the new shape because it's just cheap metal. If you reinstall it, you will have to squeeze it back together with pliers or it will fall back off. I may take the clip down to the hardware store to buy something that's correct. I shouldn't have to do that. Also, don't be deceived by the yellow color of the fittings in the pictures. Not brass, just base metal so I'll use POR-15 or equal on it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
