Crazy range of tone!
First the issues...it's germanium so can be noisy. Works best on battery or linear regulated power supply. The bias pot on mine can be scratchy. Could be a bad pot. Now the good...if you are looking for something that can go from great tight overdrive and distortion, to fuzzy muff like tones, to garage rock broken sounds, this thing is for you!! The price is really awesome but I guess it's not for everyone so that keeps the price down. I love the drive anywhere from noon to maxed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good overdrive. Does exactly what it's made to do. If u want the saggy distorted sound it's very easy to achieve. I use it as a pre overdrive to some of my more aggressive distortion pedals. Works wonderfully for that as well. I recommend this pedal. If u are looking for something a bit more metal than this might not do it for u but works killer in a long chain of effects.
