The Boss VB-2 Guitar Effect Pedal gives your sound unique vibrato or tremolo effects. This Boss pedal has custom circuitry to produce natural and clear effects that you can personalize to produce slow, quick, or smooth vibrato effects to complement your playing style and performance. Use the VB-2 to create a constant effect or accent exciting parts of your track only when you press down on the switch. Furthermore, this stomp box is durable enough to last in the studio or on the road. Many sonic possibilities open up with this versatile Boss pedal, so it is easy to fit into any collection.The Boss VB-2 has four control knobs to let you tweak and color your output signal. You can change the rate to alter the speed of the vibrato sound. You can also adjust the depth to make your tone subtle or aggressive. The rise setting affects the time it takes for the vibrato to reach its peak level, which helps it sound more natural. In addition, there are three different modes to choose from: latch, unlatch, and bypass. Latch allows you to activate the effect by pressing down on the pedal switch. Unlatch means the vibrato effect will only be present while you are not pressing down on it. Bypass mode will not change your input signal or tone.This pedal has a standard quarter-inch input jack that will work for guitar, bass, and keys. It also has one output to connect to an amp of your choice. It can be powered by a standard 9-volt battery or an appropriate AC adapter. Use the ACA-120 for 117V AC, the ACA-240 for 240V AC, and the ACA-220 for 220V AC. The check light will come on if the pedal is active, and it will dim when the battery is low. Simply loosen the hand screw to open the housing and replace the old battery with a fresh one when needed.The unit has a maximum input level of -5dBm at 1kHz, an input impedance of -2dBm at 100Hz, and an output load impedance of 10 kilo-ohms or more. These low impedance levels mean the unit generates low hum or noise in your signal chain. It has a frequency range of 40Hz to 17kHz and an LFO rate between 2Hz and 15Hz. It has a 14 milliamp current draw, which means it doesn't consume very much electricity. It also has a delay time of 4 milliseconds and a rise time of 150 milliseconds to 5 seconds. It has dimensions of 70 by 55 by 125 millimeters and a weight of 450 grams.These VB-2 modulation pedals can be used in all kinds of different circumstances to play an eclectic range of musical genres.
