I am pleased with it.
The swing set came in one box and wasbdelivered to my door step just a few days after ordering it. I noticed the box had started to rip open and there was a possibility that some pieces were missing, but after following each step I was pleased to see that everything I needed was there. It was nice that some tools were included in this set as well. You will need a drill to screw a few screws so they are tight and another wrench does help. My neighbor assisted me in building this swing set and it took us 4 hours to complete the project. The directions were fairly simple, you just need to pay attention to what you are doing. Do not overtighten the bolts. My son is at school and he is going to be so excited to see that it is finished. It looks just like the photo. Thank you for providing everything and making this doable. Great fun!
My 5 grandkids have had a lot of fun on this swingset. It took my husband and I about 3 hrs to assemble it. The directions were clear and no parts were missing. We did not assemble the teeter-totter because our grandkids are still a bit young for it. The reason for only 4 stars is that the glider seats are a bit crooked, no matter how we adjusted them. Missing and broken
I bought this for my 4 and 6 year old. When we opened the box almost all the pieces were broken or bent, we even had one piece missing. We can't assemble the teeter totter because of a missing piece. And we can't mount the slide because the bar it mounts to is broken. When I emailed the company they said its for parts only and to make repairs. But how can I make repairs with broken or missing parts? All they say is its not guaranteed and uts for parts only. Do NOT buy this item or from this company! Complete waste of 250 dollars.

Nice swing with lots of activity areas
This is a quality swing for very young children. Mine are 4 and 6 and should enjoy this for a few more years. Some portions (slide support, seesaw arm support, and foot holds for the glider) are not very strong or provide the right strength for active kids playing on them.
