I've tried several neck firming creams and am convinced the only real solution is cosmetic surgery. Having said that, this product comes as close to helping as any of the dozen or so I've tried in the last few years. It was one of several recommended by my dermatologist and does seem to tighten up the neck for a few hours at a time...at least in my case. She uses it as well, so that's quite a statement in itself. I've experienced no burning or itching from using it and it doesn't have an offensive odor to it. I find it's most effective if you re-wash your neck before each application. Only a tiny amount is needed. A small jar will last approximately three months.

I was introduced to Nectifirm at a spa when I was living in Florida. This is the only neck cream I've used that has produced visible results over time. It is soothing and offers great moisturizing for a sensitive, often overlooked area of the body.
