I have ultra ultra thin straight hair and this is the best spray I have found. I have to spray several layers but then it holds all day. It relaxes a bit after a few hours which is my only complaint, but does not leave a sticky residue which is nice. Helps with static. Smell is not too strong. I would Not say it gives extra body.
