The finished connection results in a Null wiring configuration: 1+6 - 4, 2-3, 3-2, 4 - 1+6, 5-5, 7-8, 8-7. Slotted, knurled thumbscrews provide easy and secure attachment to your computers.

Well Made Connectors
I ordered these on the off chance they would suit my needs, trying to tie a serial connector to an rj45 when my Cisco flat cable failed. I bought 2 sets (2 plugs in a set) and found them well made, easy to use, and just what I needed. They are made in China (isn't everything these days?!), but clearly to a higher standard. If you need to have a flexible way to mix and match connectors, this could be just what you are looking for.
