Great OEM plugs for 2001 Honda Civic EX (D17A2)
These are one of two plugs Honda recommends as OEM parts for the 2001 Honda Civic EX with the D17A2 engine. Iridium plugs are available now, but wanted to be sure to get the exact spec plug the owner's manual lists. Car started right up and runs great, no misfires at low speed or high speed and gas mileage seems right where it should be, maybe a bit better since the old plugs were pretty old. NGK makes awesome plugs and wouldn't run anything else in a Honda or other Japanese engine, just make sure you get the right ones for you car. These come in a small box with plastic spacers that protect the tip, I didn't gap them or anything they looked perfectly pre-gapped and ready to go. Do not gap these you can scrape the platinum off and damage the plugs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

NGK makes some of the best sparkplug and these little beauties are awesome. Installed on a 2002 honda civic dx and they definitely increased the overall performance of my little 1.7 liter. With over 230,000 miles this little civic is a pocket rocket. I credit the performance to header, cold air intake, and these plugs.
