Almost like the old one but still works like it should.
Functional almost like the old one it replaced except for one point, the mount on top of the old valve that hooks on the right hand fender brace and supports both inlet and outlet hoses to the heater core is not included. I drilled out the mount stakes on the old valve mount, filed down and smoothed the burrs then attached to the new one using Loctite Super Glue Professional Liquid and held it tight to the top of the valve using Irwin Sure Grip mini clamps until it dried. Hose inlet and outlet sizes are different (this one is for use on an AC equipped car) but so was the old one and it matched perfectly. The old valve had a piece of deteriorated hose inside that kept the valve from operating properly. After seeing the blockage, replaced all the hoses. Despite not having the mount plate I still consider this an excellent replacement.
