No back pressure exahuast.
I'm building a exahuast system for my 502 Chevy pick-up and the Walker Dynomax mufflers will be perfect. I have a good set of headers with one and three quarters primaries that have been port matched to the heads that have been professionally ported also. The primaries go into three inch collectors that will be thirty- six inches long and then the dynomax three inch mufflers. I will get great scavenging for my exahaust stroke which in turn will give the intake stroke a head start and greater cylinder filling for a larger intake volume and more horse power. Sounds real good to me!

Mufflers are not too heavy and they sound great.
I just had them installed today at a pro muffler shop. I was shocked when I first started it because I've had open headers for years as I just drag race it only. It caught me off guard because it was so much quieter. They sound plenty healthy but I can now hear the engine which is a nice change. I love them and they're staying on. Thanks, David.

I did a couple slices on the flange so it would tighten up good with clap, other then that, slide right on and away I go! Sounds great, just the right amount of rumble!
