Cheap China Made S###
The first one I put on BROKE where the bell housing portion is roll seamed to the hexnut portion. The roll over seam cracked off as a ring. Fortunately I had bought two so I'd have one on the shelf as a spare. I used the spare and it has not broken (yet?) but now I don't have a spare on the shelf. Comparing to the two old filters I had I can see how the roll seam and hex nut have been made smaller and less robust. Next time I'll try to get one locally and inspect it first to see if it is any better. It is hard to find good durable well designed and quality manufactured goods these days regardless of whether it is made in America or not!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
