I had my doubts about this but a few days after I got it one of my sons friends battery was dead in our driveway so i grabbed this to try. It started his V6 engine with no problem. Hope it holds a charge for awhile and that's what I'll wait and see about. Everything is compact and the unit has some weight to it so I know it's not built cheap. Only gave it 4 stars because we have one of those mini jumpers and it worked great also just no compressor. Worried how long it will hold a charge.

I haven’t had the chance to boost a battery, but have used everything else on it and works good. It came nearly charged. Only took about an hour to get full charge. Love having extra juice available for pretty much anything. I have a generator for my house and this is basically the same just for the car. Easy to maneuver and mostly just hangs in my trunk area. I only take it out once a month to keep the main jumping charge. Plugs into wall outlet or you can use the 12v car charging cord (comes with it) in your car to charge it. I wouldn’t use the air pump in any lifesaving moments, too long for car tires, but anything else good to go. For the price, I would buy again. I was actually thinking about getting a second one (I live a bit from some lol)
