Was as described
It was a factory new switch as described. Packaged in its original AC Delco box. Also, if anyone is contemplating adding after-market fog lights to their Silverado, this switch, and a single, lone wire with terminal end can simply be inserted into the main fuse block in the engine compartment in the upper-left-most connestor at block position B5. Once that is completed, a wiring hardness to the fog lights is all this is needed. One does not even need a replay, because inserting the wire in Block position B5 uses a relay already integrated in the GM system. Ground the fog lights, run the newly inserted wire (hot at this switch when energized) to the fog lights and, presto, you're up and running. You do not need to purchase a complete wiring harness, as I did initially, just use this wire.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Replaced light switch to repair flashing park and instrument panel lights
I replaced the switch because my lights were flashing on my 2007 Chevy Silverado. I had the battery and the alternator checked with no problems found. This was the cheapest ($36) thing to try.
