The gasket is made of paper material not medal like the original. Be cautious when replacing this gasket. My posts snapped off and it is next to impossible to replace the posts. Ended up welding the flange solid so didn't even use the gasket.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

99 suburban gasket
The gasket is about half the size of the oem one. I purchased 2 because i had an exhaust leak where this gasket goes so i figured maybe using 2 would fix but the 2 i ordered ended up the same thickness as 1 oem from advanced which was cheaper. I wish i knew it was smaller i would have either ordered more than 2 or just bought 2 from advanced that were thicker to solve my problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
