Restored Engine Performance, Absolutely no Issues so Far

It has only been three weeks since I've installed these injectors, which is probably not enough time for thorough evaluation of the product, however I'll articulate my experience so far. First, the injectors looked exactly the same as the factory installed Delphi's that I removed - except those had what appeared to be a QR code along with the other info stamped on the body, and these didn't have the QR code. Installation was not difficult, it was quite straight-forward and fit is exactly what you expect from OEM parts - absolutely no surprises, and everything fits snug and just works. Apart from installation, my rough engine idle is gone, my fuel economy has improved to what it used to be years ago, and driveability is pleasant once again. I really have no complaints about these injectors and am very satisfied with them so far. I replaced all 8 on my vehicle which is a 6.0L '04 Escalade.

  • Top critical review

The plugs are not the same.

The plugs would not plug into the connectors all the way. The fuel injector is not the same as the original one. Same part number. The connection would not click together. There is a difference in the plugs. My truck is a 2002 5.3 Silverado. Non flex fuel.

  • Almost same as new

Only concern with these injectors is that they do not have viton o-rings on bottom side like the OEM ones. Viton o-rings are heat resistant. I’ve installed these and car is running fine but I’m concerned with long term longevity. I kept my old ones in case I need to fine some viton o-rings. I’ll need to keep eye open for poor fuel economy due to gas leaks. I wish I had looked closer at these before I pulled the old ones out. I’d recommend changing the o-rings before installing them so you don’t have to worry about long term longevity. Great price for these injectors, but I doubt they are Delphi OEM replacements given the o-ring issue. This is usually sign of rebuilt injectors. The last thing any manufacturer wants is potential lawsuit from failed o-rings.

  • Great product

2005 5.3 motor Tahoe, I'm very happy with this product, I replaced all 8 @ 27 degrees out side... Started right up and ran great no gas leaks... A little spit on the O-rings and they went right in to place... Some say to lube with all kinds of things but spit worked good... I guess I'm kind of old school... Should not effect O-rings what so ever... Make sure top of motor is clean... Drove a couple miles reinspect for gas leaks and there is none... Very nice product... No more PO300 code...

  • Legit OEM Bargain

2005 Silverado 2500HD 6.0L. These are legit and a bargain. I replaced some cheap aftermarket ones with these and I'm a happy camper. No more misfires. Don't mess around with non-OEM parts on the vortec engine. I cheaped out on knock sensors, injectors, and coils. I ended up coming back for OEM. These have the 2 hole spray nozzles. If you are buying parts for GM vehicle misfires, check your electrical grounds. Go google voltage drop.

all 8 where 5.3 style injectors but to get them to clip in it took a little filing on the locking prong off the injector after some time messing with them and getting them to work i was able to get them to clip lock and seat correctly the truck runs fine but we will see if the quality is comparable to actual gm injectors

  • good part, good price

looks to be original oem part, alternate part number printed over original gm part number. have been running a set for three years now and bought a back up set.

  • replace o-rings

These function perfectly, but I had to replace the top o-rings because they are too big/loose to the injector and don't seat correctly resulting in fuel leak. Replaced with a set I had laying around from a master gasket set and they went in perfectly and no leaks.

  • Great deal.

These were the same injectors as the one from the factory. Great value. Got a whole set cheaper than a single injector from the local big box parts store.
