Plastic... Not impressed at all...
The cable I got had some casting flaws that made it catch when extending and contracting. This part needs to work flawlessly or someone will get hurt. Be aware, this is totally plastic except for the wire and clasp. The picture was not correct. This, if working, is way overpriced since other products listed are metal and restoration/OEM quality and about the same price.
