It is AC Delco filter made in USA
The filter came in open genuine AC Delco sack with the number on it PF2130F. The difference between 2130F and 2129/2129F- is rubber O ring, 2129 comes without it. Since I bought it as 2129F, I don't mind to have open original PF2130F packaging, with just a filter. I can reuse old O ring.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
