Happy For Now But Skeptical About How Long It Will Last
So far, so good....it's made of chrome plated steel so I'm not expecting much. The OEM material is stainless steel and it lasted 10 years but the price is outrageous to replace with OEM GM part. I guess the old adage is true--you get what you pay for. I shouldn't condemn this part completely until it is at least a couple of years old. So, in summation, I'm happy with this part for now....I wish I could do an update in a couple of years to see how it lasts.
