Wish they would have worked.
I know these are supposed to be great brake pads but I am giving them a poor review. I had brand new brakes in the 1982 Fiat Spider I purchased recently but horrible intermittent squealing . I figured the previous owner had installed pads that had too much metallic composition. The brakes were great but would squeak and squeal at will, very annoying. Although pricey, the great reviews from other users prompted me to purchase Green Stuff pads for the front brakes only. Even with the organic content they still squealed after only a few stops. My mechanic took everything apart again and inspected the rotors, calipers etc. No problems found there so he put " anti squeak " spray on the backs of the pads and reinstalled them. Unfortunately that only worked for a few days. The intermittent squealing is back again. Also I think the other pads we removed and discarded had a better pedal feel. The less brake dust has not worked for me either. Now I have to make another trip to the mechanic.
