Don't get the older all black model!
The fitting on one side and outer cover is made of brittle plastic. It cracked into pieces as soon as I inserted a hose onto it. The other fitting is made of metal but the inner spring lost its tension so it rendered the PCV valve inoperative to begin with. Do yourself a favor and get a newer all metal PCV valve.
