Anything worth doing takes time and dedication if you want results.
It has useful information that I have not been able to get from my doctors. It lists other symptoms that can come from having a hiatal hernia, thus, turning it into a syndrome. My doctors have basically just prescribed Omeprazole for heartburn neglecting the other symptoms or even recognizing them as being related to the hernia itself. I didn't want surgery because of the mesh used to correct it. Lots of lawsuits have resulted from this mesh used to strengthen sutures because it can grow into the flesh and cause pain and aggravation of condition. Still need to study the book some more and it will take time and effort to put into practice but it gives me hope.
