How can you make can be enjoyable for someone wanting a sport suspension sometimes too bouncy

Rough and Bouncy
I was excited about getting my shocks. I got rear in the same brand and they seem to be doing okay. As for these front, I don't like these at all. The feeling is rough and bouncy.
