Quiet at cruising, noisy when you want it. Gray construction quality. Break in takes about 50+ miles for tone to settle then they sound their best. No droning or rattle. 2.25 is great for most 4 cylinder engines or 6 cylinder when you want to keep the powerband in the lower rpm range. Remember, the less back pressure the less low end torque because it moves up in the rpm range. But strap it on and give it a ride. Beats vanilla ice cream for sure!!

If you are looking for a non-restrictive muffler with a good low rumble tone this is it. I used the 2 1/4 inch ID center inlet with 2 1/4 inch ID offset outlet. You can reverse the flow with this muffler. Doesn’t get loud at higher RPMs. It is a bit louder than stock but I really like the added power.
