poor rebuild
My Bosch SR0408X looked great, but unfortunately failed the day after it was installed. The starter ran wild at high speed until the battery terminal could be disconnected, the mechanic who installed said it is a broken bedix. Had to pay for install, removal and rebuilding of my old starter and installation of that. I bought it in the US but live across the boarder in Canada 15 minutes away from the Bosch factory where the starter was built...they would not take it back.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
