Worked well with my 59 Rambler
This Fram CA101 air filter is specified as fitting my 196 cu in Rambler engine. The original filter fit totally inside the air filter assembly and the lid closed over it. This filter sits up in the holder so the air filter lid seals to the top of the filter. This leaves the top orange rubber filter edge exposed. It does seem to work.
