Excellent CPU to breathe new life into Dell Poweredge 850's
This cpu is a drop-in replacement for P4/HT's in the Dell PowerEdge 850. Be certain you have BIOS A04 before you do, as with lower it will not POST. It takes the machine from a single-core, 32-bit system w/hyperthreading, to a dual-core 64-bit system. This CPU supports virtualization.
