Great 100 mbps switch, but gigabit ports are useless
I bought this product for my home business. It's a great switch with enough ports to manage for my network. It has two gigabyte ports, but they are for linking with other switches. I expected these ports would communicate with each other, but they don't. I had hoped they would allow me to bridge between gigabit segments I have, but this switch will not do that except at 100 mbps speed. Overall, it is just a little faster than my other 100 mbps switches.
