This is a very good book to keep at hand. For people starting to take care of their nutrition as well for the ones learning how to keep fresh and cook their food. It has the daily serving sizes recomendation for each group also based on age and height and weight.
This book lists many and many fruits, vegetables, meat... in every case it gives a lot of informations about availability in U,S., about proper ways of care and use and it even includes some simple recipes. Lot of informations can be applied in any part of world (we are in Europe and find the book invaluable).
Now it is available for cheap but it worth any price!
