Stratocaster Neck plate
I actually bought this for a Fender Stratocaster guitar, which I knew would fit. It's advertised for a bass, but fits guitars as well. It's the same dimensions as the original I took off the guitar, but much lighter. Must be a different material then the original. Other than that, no difference. I like it.

Fender Aluminum Neck Plate
This appears to be chromed aluminum, so it's quite a bit lighter than the standard steel plate that came with the guitar. No functional difference except making the guitar a tiny bit lighter. Fits perfectly, of course.

It’s ok but not of the quality of an American plate
It fits alright. The holes are a bit larger. The plate feels thin and light. It lacks the weight and feel of the American plate. The thing it has that I liked is the logo. That’s about it.

Like New Look
I bought this Plate to replace on my strat. Original was getting scratched and tarnished. This Neck plate made back of guitar look new again. It is identical to the factory installed Neck Plate, as with all replacement parts it is a little overpriced "But holds the Value of the Guitar"
