Followed instructions easy to use, and in 15-30 sec you have a programed remote. So much easier than the hours drive to the dealership paying $50-80.00 for them to program the remote that they sell you for $129.95.( is what I was quoted)

Pro- It works very easily to program a new fob. CON- Bad that when you program the New fob, all the other fob have to be re-programed. This was not advertised. I would not recommend this. The cause of the pre-programming may be a GMC/GM issue, but should have be part of the instructions, prior to ordering.

This Dorman Remote fob programmer works perfectly. Programming is a simple process that is easy. Note: Be sure to confirm you select the right unit for the button arrangement on your original fob(s). Also note ALL your fobs need to be programmed at the same time. Certainly worth the price when compared to having to get an appointment with a dealer and paying they're going rate.
