With dimensions of 5.63 inches by 8.63 inches, the wide module is a compact solution for computer networking that can operate in Frame Relay, Multilink Frame Relay, PPP, Multilink PPP, or HDLC modes. The Adtran NetVanta Octal T1/E1 wide module wired router includes a built-in SPI firewall to ensure network security and help keep sensitive data safe. The wide module also offers inherent URL filtering to manage Internet access and enforce Internet usage policies. For greater versatility, the Adtran NetVanta Octal T1/E1 wide module wired router also has a QoS function for delay-sensitive traffic, like VoIP. Plus, this Adtran router has two Ethernet LAN ports, and can support the optional IPSec VPN and VQM, making this Adtran router a versatile business tool.
