Claims To Have Been A Tested Meter !! NOPE….
Why Bother ?? First Thing I Did , After Installing Batteries , Was To Check Zeroing Out The Ohm Meter . The Lower Settings Zero Out . But , The Upper Settings Do Not !! Not Even Close. Lower Resistor/ Thermistor Resistance Check TBD. Next Test 12 VDC MARINE Battery Test , What A Joke Not Even Close. Next Test Was 115 VAC Check , Again Not Even Close !! I Own Several Digital & Analog Multimeters . Including Functional Micronta RD 22-215 Analogs. These 22 Series RDs Make Great Trainer’s Aids. But , They Have To Have Some Operational Capabilities !! Sold As “NEW” , Definitely A USED Item !! Yes , It Does “ LOOK” Good , That’s About As Far As It Gets Me. Shame On eBay For Allowing These Shenanigans.
