New and improved design, tight secure, they do have the attached closed cell foam elect. connection sealing gaskets.
New and improved design, seals tight with the enclosed and attached foam gasket, stronger wire retention clip that easily removes without tools, simply pinch lower wire in center towards bottom of the fuel injector contact clip area and slide it off. Push on to reconnect. The EV1 type female contacts fit nice and tight for a vibration less electrical connection. NOTES: I do suggest you inspect the EV1 injectors very carefully for any signs of leaking in the upper plastic part of the injector body if they are older or aged (have heard and seen pics of some older ones on 80's and 90's vehicles leaking including filling up the electrical contacts bowl in the upper plastic section of the injector body), and personally chose the (cut, strip, add shrink tube, solder -with a soldering iron & good quality solder...NOT A TORCH!, tug soldered joint well, slide shrink tubing over the soldered joint and heat shrink tube wiring job), over any type of crimp connection for this replacement/repair job). Also used split type flexible 1/4" ABS plastic sheathing over the newly soldered wires for protection.
