Fit in hand is good, works well
Use it for dictation with the hospital system, works very well. Long cord always a plus (if you can get the longer cord, you will rarely be sorry if cost not an issue, and if too long use velcro tie). Disclaimer - Use Dragon Medical. It is the product that the software expects and works great with it. You can use it as a mono speaker (right one) on windows and as an always on mic, but that is an expensive thing to do. You can use it with regular home dragon and use the keyboard shortcut to turn on and off (the buttons wont work out of the app). It is good for minor movement if needed as well as left clicking (on the back is a button for left click but on the face is a left and right mouse button and if you push the finger pad for the mouse movement down it is a left click. Again, it is great for the Nuance Dragon software, don't get if you are looking for a generic keyed mic-speaker-mouse combo tool.Read full review

Good hardware, software for device is meh!
Great product. Software for it is so-so. First, the mic has good pickup. The device is comfortable in the hand, reliable and reasonably durable. The software is limiting. Not as much control of button function assignments as I would like and the software is not intuitive or ergonomic. Having said that, it is probably the best out there right now.
