It works but it is a little cheap.
The bench press part is pretty good. However, it is difficult to use the highest military press setting without your nose hitting the bar. The edges for where the bar rests is right where your hands need to go and there is little room for your hands on the outside. The edge is sharp and can pinch your hand. There were a couple of washers missing and I had to fish around my tool box for replacements. The butterfly press isn't very good . You do not get good range of motion. The leg presses feel weird and you do not get great range of motion and the roller doesn't roll smoothly. Other than that, the whole sett-up is compact and fits in my little workout area. It replaces another cheap bench that I have used for the last twenty years. I am 6' tall and I wish it was a little more height friendly. My wife and kids are smaller than me and they have used it with no complaints. I bought it for $100 + free shipping on ebay.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Sturdy
Well, as many of you, I'm trying to workout at home. My gym decreased their price so much it's common to see 100 people there. I bought this bench to workout with. The positives are out is sturdy. I'm repping well over 155lbs. and it doesn't wobble. Negatives are quite a few though. No adjustability for the rack, the butterfly doesn't give good range of motion, and the preacher pad is too narrow.
