Tough things in "Small Packages" Spartan !!!
This locker was more than half the price of a Detroit Locker, Couldn't find one for sale anyway and decided to try the "Spartan Lunchbox" Wow , pleasantly surprised how easy it was to install first of all . I put it in the rear diff of my 83 Yota SR5 4x4 PU after assembling the diff-carrier on my kitchen table. After the install and check over I took my Toy for a mountain trail ride......nice,Nice,NICE ! It does knock and bump a tad when cornering but Hey , That's a Locker . I'll be buying another for the front diff Today

Bad to the bone
You have to pull your 3rd member on a 4cyl Toyota but SOOOOO worth it. Super tought and great tractions. They click like all lockers in this family but really lock up great offroad. I go anywhere i want now and my winch just sits there quietly
