Recipes are excellent for entertaining - an upgrade over those in most cookbooks I own. Beautiful photography, superior binding. The recipes are detailed, easy to follow. The book also has tips, celebrity tidbits, etc. A good read as well as being a particularly appealing cookbook, at least for me, since I love to entertain.

If you have ever dined at Morton's, you must get this book. And if you haven't ever had the opportunity to dine there, but love good food, you must get it. The pictures are absolutely works of art and the recipes are easy to follow and achieve as a home cook. I purchased it primarily for their famous Chopped Salad recipe. However, after paging through it, I found I couldn't put it down. It would definitely make the perfect hostess gift for the holidays.
