I read the 500 or so, pages of the original book ages ago. Decided to purchase this paperback and read the stories again. The book arrived and it is accurate as I remember. Everyone who interacts with Native American Indians, especially the Chippewa ( Ojibway) should read it. That "everyone" should include Indians themselves. W.W. Warren was a great friend of the Indians and the book shows that.
great historical information
