Not sure about this.
When I received this bottle I compared it to the original bottle I had purchased in the department store. The lot numbers on the bottom were half as many numbers as my original, the cap on the bottle was obviously different and extremely difficult to remove but the scent was the same but doesn't seem to last as long. I don't know if they changed manufacturers but I have to say it's not as good as my original bottle.
