Bow Trainer for rebuilt shoulder
I love this trainer, I had shoulder surgery on my right and left one. After not being able to lift a toilet paper roll above my head I can now pull the trainer back and hopefully in another month I will be able to pull bow back which is a 60 lbs pull for now. I was having pain in my right shoulder after a white water rafting experience. My shoulder hurt to the point that it would wake me if were laying the wrong way. I practiced with a compound bow shooting targets with a friend. I was worried when we started that it would make my shoulder hurt worse but instead my shoulder felt much better. I have been using the bow trainer for more than a year now. I still have some problems with my shoulder but not near what was going on. Plus you get the strength training.
