First off, I wasn't really expecting much when I purchased this. However, it works well enough, is lightweight and comfortable enough to wear. They say this is life proof but I don't wear it in the shower or pool. When you wash your hands though, you don't have to worry about it getting wet. You are supposed to be able to tell the time by double tapping it but with all the flashing lights it is rather annoying so I don't bother. I do wear it 24/7 and I like the fact that you don't have to worry about charging it. It has a battery that should last between 4 to 6 months depending on its use. The battery is very simple to change so it's no big deal. The downside about the unit itself is the fact that it is aluminum allow so when you do have to change the battery it is easy to scratch. The external colored coating is rather good for I have banged it against the wall and you can only see the scratches if you know what to look for. This tracks Calories, Steps, Distance and Sleep. You can change the settings very easily to fit the activity such as swimming, running, walking and so on. The band can be changed easily enough and you can purchase a number of different holders such as if you want to wear it around your neck or even if you just want to keep it in your pocket. For the ladies you can purchase some necklaces that look pretty good and can be worn as jewelry. The back is magnetic which allows for different types of wear. Now, let's get to the app. The app is fairly easy to use and easy to read. It works off a point system so it is easy to see your goal. It is however a bit glitchy but works well enough. I have had some days that it doesn't want to track my sleep. When it works it works very well. I have both an Andriod and an Apple device that I check my data. The IOS App works much better than the Android Version. The newer your device the more features you will be able to access depending on which version your phone or device is running off of. Overall, I'm pleased and would definitely recommend especially for people who are just needed the basics and don't want to spend $200 to $400 on a Smart Watch. This is also great for kids and anyone who doesn't have to have everything under the sun that more expensive devices have. Read full review

Well... You need a device to pair it with. I think it should be self-supporting once you download the software. Also the time display doesn't make sense to me . Then I cannot get the sllep mode to work correctly. I am still looking for another waterproof device to enable tracking swimming and skiing ( My daughter and I will be competing each other-- She swims, I don't. I have a Nordic Trak, and she doesn't .,

It counts steps which is what I wanted but the app doesn’t have a section to count calories like Fitbit and help you determine calories for the day. Plus this turn steps and activities into points which mean nothing to me. I wish I had just stuck with Fitbit which aesthetically isn’t as pretty but it does much more.
