Bug-Zapper Like No Other!
I replaced a 10 year old Stinger with a new Stinger in June of 2015. After a week of never hearing the zapper work, I went out and bought a replacement bulb. Still nothing. I tried the scent pads, a black light, even moving the unit to the other side of the deck and still no zapping. So, this Spring I ordered this unit and finally threw the new Stinger away. The unit is a sturdy plastic that held up when I dropped it. I have mine attached to a shepherd's hook just off my deck and it is light enough that the hook barely bends. After plugging this Flowtron in, within 5 minutes it started zapping. Now, there are times at night it doesn't stop. The mosquitoes are really bad this year and this little number goes nuts. After 3 weeks, I had to remove the bulb and use the spray nozzle on the hose to clear off all the bug debris from the electronic shield, it was almost impossible to get anymore bugs on it. It runs on a timer and it works wonders. I have nothing negative or helpful hints, just plug it in and listen to it work. Maybe the worst thing I can say is that it is ugly to look at, but they all are. This one looks better than the others, especially when it flickers killing bugs!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This so far has worked well. This season has not been all that buggy in central NY probably due to the extended winter we had. I run this at night while I'm in the garage and it's constantly zapping something. I haven't put the mosquito attracting scents in it yet as they have not been a problem yet.
