I've never had, or used, a sleep mask before, so I nothing to benchmark the Bedtime Bliss against. However, it is comfortable, it does block the light and it appears to be well enough made. Don't get too excited about the free case, though; it's just a black bag, similar to the ones that accompany some sunglasses, and the earplugs aren't anything special, either. The package is fair value and the mask does what it says it will: block light and not contact your eyelashes.

They definitely keep all the light OUT! Very comfortable band around the head, and since the face mask is contoured, your eyelashes don't get crushed!!!! I have one in each of our cars plus one in my bedroom. Love it!

I work at night and have trouble sleeping during the day. I purchased a cheap sleep mask from Wal-Mart and had trouble with it falling off while I slept plus it didn't keep the light out well. This mask however stays on and keeps the light out. It is also very comfortable and is well made.
