the tortex material was cool back in the 1980s. nothing's changed. there's little you can do to improve a very basic thing, and Dunlop got these very right. Probably the best overall weight for both rhythm and lead, but shredders will want something harder-edged.

I really like these picks for the mandolin. They feel great. They "hug" the strings much better than a more stiff pick would, but aren't at all flimsy. It makes it easier to pick the strings, and the sound is crisper because of this gauge pick. Just right! Thanks a lot!!!

This pick just suits my acoustic picking style. It's rigidity and tonal signature both before and after the edges are rounded are second to none. I can't recommended these highly enough. I literally HOARD them! haha

Good tone, good durability. Familiar shape. Easy to grip without being sticky on the strings. Medium thickness for strumming an acoustic guitar.

I used to buy these, from daddy's junky music back in the day but once they closed I always been looking for these and recommend them to anyone. I play medium and these pics have just enough with flex and don't break like the others I have purchased in the past. Best brand ever as am concerned!
