Ear muffs are poor quality.

Comfortable to wear and do a great Job
They are light weight and you do forget that they are on your ears. They really stop the loud noise from gun shots and still allow regular verbal communication when there is no loud noises - this is a real pleasure when comparing them to old ear muffs. Using non-electronic muffs, you are always removing them so you you can communicate or simply to hear nature all around you. The only negative is the fact that it is easy to forget to turn them off - I missed doing this and when I went to use them, the batteries were dead. I know it was my fault but it is too easy to do - a simple line on the on/off know and the muffs would solve the problem ( I plan on adding this )Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great performance at the range!
This is my second pair, since my father-in-law liked mine so much, I had to order him a set. The electronic noise cancelling does a great job! Battery life seems pretty good and I did have to replace one side due to me leaving it on by accident. A new shooting experience
These make the non-electronic hearing protection obsolete. One doesn't have to be yelled at to hear and normal conversation is not a challenge to hear. I purchased two of these ear muffs and am satisfied with them. We have only used the muffs twice at the shooting range so I cannot say what the long term life will be.
