A great help to the reloader.
It saved me from having to constantly install my reloaded rounds in my ar15, Many times the rounds would get stuck in the chamber and take a great amount of force to remove it. Now I know if it works with your case gauge it will work in the rifle. a very great product. I highly recommend it. I have since resolved my 223/5.56 problems. Thank you.

Must Have tool for anyone reloading ammo for a semiautomatic rifle.
From a retired toolmaker's view it seems well made & finished. This is a 'Must Have' tool for anybody reloading for a semi-auto rifle where cartridge / chamber fit is Critical ! I gave this to my son-in-law to help him with his first venture reloading for a S.A.; He loads for 2 pistol rounds & 1 bolt action rifle. Lyman: the best of the best

Importance of a headspace guage
A headspace gauge is must for any reloaded. Using the headspace gauge on all reloaded ammo pretty much eliminates case jams and misfeeded cases. Helps to weed out cases that are not properly sized and are too long which both contributes to annoying feed issues. Also, using the gauge when setting up you reloading dies helps to get sizing, seating and crimp dies set properly. If the case or loaded round don't fit in the headspace gauge, you've got a problem.

Wish I'd bought it sooner.
Why, oh why, didn't I buy one of these before I loaded several hundred rounds. Over half of them need to be redone, but at least I'm not at the range, mad b/c the rounds won't go into battery. AND now I know the stuff I've checked should work fine.
