Not powerful
I have an Aqueon 55/75 filter on a 40 gallon tank and gotta say it really does well. The same can't be said for the Aqueon 20 it doesn't seen to have a powerful flow. Things in the tank float right by the intake without picking it up I would not recommend this filter. Mine is on a 20 gallon aqaurium. noisy filter
The filter started making a lot of noise. I've had filters do that before, and if you moved things around they would be quiet again. This one was so noisy I couldn't stand it and unplugged it. When I plugged it in again, it was quiet so I thought all was well. Then after a while it started being noisy again. I can't find anything that is hitting another part or doing something that could cause the noise. I unplugged it again. Later when I plugged it back in again, it was quiet again.
