Great job keeping floors clean and especially easy to empty!
Overall we are loving this product. It has been generally easy to use for the regular features, but I haven't wanted to mess with the more advanced features because they are appearing to be a bit more complicated. I personally prefer simple electronics and would be just fine with a on/off button only and that is the way I am using this vacuum so far. It has been doing an excellent job keeping our floors clean and is shockingly easy to empty. Works for me.
Love my new EUFY S-11 MAX. Does a great job and is pretty quiet. Saves me time and gets into places that is hard to get with conventional duster. Game changer!
I love this thing so much I want to work for the company! Before I even opened the box I had buyer’s remorse thinking it was just a silly luxury and I had decided to return it. But, I gave it a shot and frankly, I am shocked by how much I love it. It is powerful, quiet, slim (fits under my low modern couch), super easy to use, empty, and maintain, and priced right! Yes, I have a standard vacuum (a Dyson), but I have to admit my vacuuming skills cant hold a candle to this little Eufy’s. I strongly recommend the Eufy 11S MAX without reservation. A welcome addition to the household, we have named her Mrs. Hughes.

Effective, smarter than you think, adorable
These things have improved a lot. I bought this for my mother at her request. I expected it to be like other robovacs I've seen: buggy, prone to getting stuck, and easy to confuse. It's anything but. It's very reliable, good at spatial navigation which is very important for my mom's very crowded 1 bedroom apartment, and actually gets the floor clean. I picked it up and stuck it in a strange corner of the apartment and told it to find its charging station, which was well-hidden. It found it on the first try. Eufy is clearly very good at making these little guys. They know what they're doing. Their programmers deserve a raise. There's also a big cuteness factor that you don't really see until you actually have it and turn it on. It has these little soft front "fwippy wippers" that will tickle your toe before it notices your foot and turns around. They keep spinning but slow down when it's looking for its charger, almost like it's sniffing the floor. The way it moves, it almost seems like they deliberately tried to make it cute, and succeeded. NEGATIVE: - Does not navigate well in complicated environments - hard luck if you want it to proceed from one room to another via the corridor :) - Sensitive to hard objects (legos, for example) when they stuck in its brush. A Robo that does its job but has limitations.
The Eufy Robot Vacuum performs as described, but there are two issues potential buyers need to understand. First, the device is not easy to empty, especially in houses that have lots of dog hair on the rugs or carpets. Fur gets wrapped around the pickup roller, and it takes a few minutes to remove it, plus the capacity of the refuse "bin" is limited. Also, when the suction is turned up, the vacuum's battery runs down pretty quickly. Kids and grandchildren will probably like to use the remote to steer the vacuum, so that's a bonus, and the Robo works well on bare floors that aren't too littered with fur and dust.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Better than a loud awkward vacuum!
The cats sure like it! It’s sort of fun? But I feel like I need to really have a deep clean first and use this for maintenance. I have lots of Oriental carpets so tucking under the fringe is kind of a pain, and no vacuum ever seems to get up all of the old dirt from these old carpets or the cat fur.
