Slightly disappointed, but workable
Looks like and feels like plastic toy for kids. Uses two AAA batteries. Finally figure out they need to go opposite directions to work. Frustrated and thought received a defective unit from China. Read the instruction booklet and after so many tries. Like the quality of units hospitals, restaurants and other places that are taking the temperatures of Americans walking into their facilities. Fast, reliable, very easy to use
Fastest and easiest way to measure the body temperature without touching the body - you can choose to do it either in Celsius or Fahrenheit and it will let you know if it's ok or not through sound (bip) and color (of the screen). I've double checked my temperature with a regular touch-skin (armpit) thermometer and it indicates the same - I guess it's pretty accurate.
